Pennsylvania PA, (January 28th, 2014) (Corona Law Firm/ Big Time Media)-- The case against Mrs. Olesia Garcia was entirely dismissed.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dismissed all felony charges against Mr. Hamlet Garcia and charged a reduced summary offense wherein he received a $100 fine. Hamlet agreed to pay the school district for his daughter’s tuition, which the Garcia’s have been willing to do since the inception of the investigation.
Justice was served as no person involved is losing their liberty for seeking an education for young Fiorella.
The Garcia’s will continue to seek educational equality and the Corona Law Firm, and the Garcia’s legal team, Ricardo Corona, Nina Tarafa and Steven Guekjian, continue to support those endeavors.
