Lightness Foundation Hero!

Our Lightness Foundation Hero is Tiffany Teel Coggeshall. She began riding and showing at the age of 5. She has been an Arabian judge, trainer, Board Member for the Friesian Horse Assoc., Member of the Show committee and Breed representative for the Spanish and Friesian breeds at the Carousel Charity Horse Show and is currently breeding and raising PRE’s. She is a passionate horsewoman. She is always looking to learn and grow to be better with her horses. She continues to reach for lightness in every ride.

Her vision is to promote lightness with our horses. She has personally had results with her horses and benefited from applying the classical lightness techniques that she has been studying with Manuel Trigo since 2010. She is eager to see the Lightness Tournaments develop, because people need to know more about riding in lightness and “Riding for our Horses,” and not against each other in competition. She has observed that not many people can ride primarily from their seat, and this is the true way to lightness.

She is our HERO because she is a liaison to bring people together and organize the 1st Lightness Tournament in Arizona, in addition to having the Lightness Classes included at the next Carousel Charity Horse Show.
