Hello!

Hope everyone has had a great month - we have had an eventful one!

On July 2nd we closed on a house in Charlotte, VT and last Friday we made the move with a full UHAUL and thankfully friends and family to help load and unload on either end. We've settled in quickly - no boxes left but we do need to still hang some paintings - it already feels like home and we are thrilled!

The newsletter is a bit late this month as a result but enjoy perusing the news below and be sure to check out my newly re-designed website!

I figured it would be fun to try and move and launch a website in the same week ;)

I've been working with Rob from Lifter Baron over the past few months and am thrilled with the results - take a look around!

PERSONAL

▪ We moved a week ago with a VERY full UHaul - it looked like a game of jenga! The dogs stood on the ramp for scale but then traveled up to Vermont in the back of my car while Jeff drove the truck
▪ Jeff & I celebrated our four year anniversary the night before we moved. Pathetically we were too tired to go out to dinner so we're planning on taking a rain check sometime soon now that we're settled and moved in :)
▪ I loved celebrating my friend Sarah's baby shower in Little Compton Rhode Island - what a beautiful spot!
▪ Sage has had a nasty habit lately of getting into a lot of trouble - on this day she rolled in something that smelled absolutely horrendous so had to have a shower. Now that we're in the new house we can hose her down if she does it again....much easier and less messy!

Wedding season is in full swing and the blog has been busy keeping up!

▪ My season kicked off with Ori & Dave's Maine wedding. Everywhere else in New England it was stormy and rainy but not a drop fell where we were!

▪ I re-visited this family recently who I had photographed last fall - couldn't believe how much the kids have grown in such a short time.....like weeds!
▪ I loved hanging out with this cutie who was in town visiting her Grandparents
▪ Emily's Mom was in town so she organized some photos for the whole family!

OPERATION LOVE-REUNITED

I got to photograph a naval homecoming through my work with Operation Love Re-United last month - such a great organization and a great family I got to meet!

At this time of year with our farmshare from Pete's Greens we've been eating A LOT of salads with yummy fresh ingredients but before we moved we tried a few new recipes.

▪ We love this recipe for easy baked fish fillets - great for a number of different kinds of fish!
▪ Tasty Italian Meatball sliders :)
▪ Our go to balsamic vinaigrette
