Say hello to the latest member of my family! We adopted this bundle of energy yesterday from a shelter that saved him when he was starving and near death. He's about 7 weeks old and is still waiting for us to decide on a name. And he's a big reason why this will be a very short edition of NewsBites.

NewsBites readers got a sneak peek at this delicious combo last week. It's seasoned and roasted cauliflower florets with a luscious, fat-free Nacho "cheese" sauce for dipping. The sauce, of course, can be used to dip traditional chips, as a topping on nachos, or as a cheese sauce on anything from tacos to grilled cheese sandwiches. The possibilities are endless!
