March-ing forward!

This past month, YDI hosted a dynamic failure workshop in San Francisco, released an updated revolutionary office hydro treadmill workstation, and a YD Life-Sciences pioneer took a monumental step towards solving the Lungstrom Paradox. But if February was about failing, floating, and stepping at YD Industries, then the springtime is about starting-up!

"How to Fail Seminar" a Smashing Failure!

A brave group of innovators gathered in San Francisco on a quiet Monday evening to contemplate a frightening prospect, failure. After a short presentation and a series of exercises, the participants harnessed their deep feelings of fail terror to plunge ahead, undaunted, and prototype innovative solutions to solve a pressing challenge: Making the Golden Gate Bridge safer for wildlife. YDI Movers & Shakers: Sidney Burkee

Congratulations to Life-Science Captain Sidney Burkee for his pioneering work depostulating the Lungstrom Paradox, which states that a sheep completely reconstructed out of pig molecules is no longer a sheep. After meticulously reconstructing a sheep out of pig molecules, he discovered it was still very much a sheep, but a very confused one.

In Conclusion...

Wrapping the newsletter is always such sweet sorrow. But tonight we write through our misty eyes because we know that there will soon be another newsletter, with more words, more semi-detailed updates, and more pictures.

We want to extend a newsletter thank-you to Brenda McAdams for the lovely artisan cookie platter she sent over via courier during our now traditional, crunch-time, late-night, go-to-electronic-press-off-site. We also want to thank the good folks at the New Rochelle Castle Pounder for providing a lovely Valentines Day atmosphere for the marketing squad's Q1 sexual harassment training.

Best Wishes,
The YD Industries Team
