Dance for PD represented at three upcoming events

Attendees at three upcoming conferences will have the opportunity to experience Dance for PD demo classes and hear about the program from founding and established teachers. On February 28, David Leventhal and John Heginbotham will teach four demo classes at the Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson Foundation's Patient Symposium in New York. March 16-17, Rachel Balaban, who has been teaching Dance for Parkinson's classes in Connecticut and Rhode Island for several years, will be presenting the Dance for PD approach at the Festival of the Moving Body at Stony Brook University. And April 21, Misty Owens will lead demo classes at the American Academy of Neurology's Brain Health Fair, part of its Annual Meeting, in New Orleans. This represents Dance for PD's first appearance in New Orleans. Please let us know if you're scheduled to present or teach at an upcoming event so that we can notify contacts in our network.
