Happy New Year!

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday with family and friends gathered round - we sure did! We celebrated Norah's first Christmas at home with my Mom and then headed down to the lake the next day to be with Jeff's parents through New Year's. We had a blast being away AND it's good to be back home and getting settled into more of a routine.

Norah is eight weeks old and it feels like time is flying by already. I've been taking lots of photos of course but am already feeling behind in editing....I think that's something I'll have to get used to. It's been quite a shift to step back from work a bit and really focus on her. I am typing this up furiously hoping she will sleep until it's done....if not I'll come back to it later.....a skill I'm learning!
