How My Online Study Will Work
My blog/website is the “living room” of our online study. We’ll meet there to read posts, watch videos, find out our assignments and download free resources for the week.
Connecting in Community: Our priority place to connect, share our thoughts, prayers and questions will be in the "comments" section under each post on my blog/website.
It’s optional to linger (in the foyer) on Facebook and Twitter. Some will and some won’t. It’s up to you. If you are on there, I'd love to hear from you and encourage you too!
The main assignment is to read each chapter of the bookEverything else is optional.
Each week we'll have:
▪ A word and verse of the week to reflect on ▪ If you want to go deeper, I encourage you to answer end-of-chapter questions and interact with our group to share your thoughts on my blog. ▪ We'll have short teaching videos, and guest posts. ▪ I’ll post on my website/blog about the topic of the chapter 2-3 times that week. ▪ Most weeks we'll read one chapter but there will be two weeks where we'll read two chapters because one is shorter. The first week we'll read chapter 1 & 2.
At Your Convenience: Because we’ll meet online, you can check in any time of the day and week. If you don't' have time to do it all each week, no biggie. This is YOUR journey. You get to make the rules :).
How You'll Know...
When I post new content or our assignment on my website/ blog, I will send emails like this one Also, if you are signed up for "Website Email Updates," you’ll receive the whole post in an email the day it posts.
To connect in community and watch message videos, you’ll need to click on a link that I will provide to go back to my website to view videos, download extras or comment and connect.
