Electronic straight-line edging machine for the processing of flat edge with arris and miters from 0 up to 45° in one single passage, polished by liquid cerium oxide. Top model of our TLR series: chosen by the major producers of stratified glass for the heavy industry in the Northern Europe.
Some strong points: up to 9 wheels in the mitering section for the processing of big miters; double inlet conveyor to carry high weights; pneumatic clutch to help the glass load and unload; filters for the water tanks to collect the remains of the films used for the glass lamination; conveyor without bearings to absorb even the smallest differences in thickness of the laminated glass; front regulation for the rear arris spindles; glass presence ultrasonic sensor.
The possibilities to customize it are endless: a couple of examples are the device for the transport of parallelogram-shaped glasses in an inclined position and the brushes for the conveyor cleaning.
