FLUX Branding has waged a creative crusade to deliver big ideas that result in bold communications. It’s a mission born out of our passion for branding. We won’t settle for anything less. Apathy is our enemy. Enthusiasm is our ammunition.

In business, change is the only constant. Those that embrace it evolve to meet opportunities for growth and success. Resisting change results in retreat, to protect turf from savvy competitors all vying to capitalize on those same opportunities.

We are better. We’re inspired, evolved and ready for battle. Our creative sabres are sharp, and we stand poised to slice through meaningless jargon to deliver bold communications that achieve corporate objectives.

As a group, we have failed and we have succeeded. We have learned. All of these experiences show as we stand atop the San Fernando Building, strategically defining ourselves and owning our brand. We are big thinkers. We are bold warriors. We are FLUX.

When our creative executives brainstormed on evolving our own brand, we committed to finding strategic opportunities to do a better job of communicating who we are and what we do. To make it clear how we help clients solve challenges and achieve business objectives. This month, we’re showcasing our team in all new photography that captures the essence of our attitude.

It started last month with the introduction of the I/D/E/A Method™, a bold new articulation of the methodology we use to build better brands. It’s featured in an all new agency profile brochure that communicates our full capabilities. Later this month we'll introduce a new and improved website. Here’s a preview of what's ahead.

Jamie’s strategic vision cuts through the clutter. He is equally comfortable in front of a room of CEO’s as he is behind the pockets of his barbecue apron. His insights into constituent behavior, his attention to stakeholder concerns and his dedication to info-graphics borders on otherworldly. He makes a killer brisket. He likes hats.

VICE PRESIDENT: Brandon Schor

Brandon manages our calendar, anticipates and accommodates client needs and lords over his very entertaining Pug, Leo all at the same time. As the longest tenured FLUX employee, Brandon is the fuel that keeps our motor running. He lifts weights. He watches his carbs. His impatience is a virtue. He likes to laugh.

CREATIVE DIRECTORS:
Mark Silver & Scott Wolfe

These two are like college roommates from different planets. Scott’s youngest is in diapers. Mark’s oldest is in college. But when they sit down together, magic happens. Well that’s not exactly true. They usually stand at the whiteboard and draw things. The collaboration works. Their words and pictures somehow speak the same language. Scott’s iPhone carrier is Sprint. Mark’s is Verizon. That says it all.

DESIGN NINJAS:
Deanna McClure, Pakorn Sukitphaiboon & Danielle Braus


Deanna is a seasoned Art Director with an eye towards perfect kerning and an ear for Radiohead. Pakorn is completely passionate about anything design. Given the perfect day he likes to walk around and absorb. Danielle is all about the music and making sure our band of brothers is all marching in the same direction.

ACCOUNT CHAMPIONS:
Liz Beckworth, Riehel Zereyhoune & Karen Maxwell

This is the core of our operations. Liz is the queen of accountability and she cracks a mean whip. Riehel brings a quiet confidence and dogged determination to the sleekness of her step. Karen handles all things HR including being married to the head of the agency, which means she’s in charge.
