1. The deal I'd do if I wasn't already doing it

As I mentioned in this week's post, for me, opting to get all the Genesis themes in one fell swoop has paid for itself many times over. This is just a friendly reminder that this sweet Black Monday-to-Monday deal is over in a couple days so hurry if you're gonna do it! Here's my take....

2. How to create an editorial calendar in Google Calendar

If you use Google Calendar and want an easy way to create an editorial calendar, check out this handy tutorial on Amy Porterfield's blog.

3. Give people another way to connect with you on Twitter

Are your hashtag(s) in your Twitter profile? I finally put mine in this week. To edit your profile, login to Twiter, click the Edit Profile button (right, under your header), edit text, done. Own your hashtags my friends. (And then don't forget to check them...she says to herself.)

4. My favorite online image compression tools

I was basically told by my host this week to not use the Smush. It plugin because it causes trouble. (Smush.it reduces the file sizes of images, thus making your site load faster.) So, I looked for some online tools that did the job. JPEGMini and TinyPNG were the ones I liked best. They could get cumbersome though if you have lots of images (or you don't want to work online) in which case, read this post.

5. How people make money on YouTube (and how much)

If you've ever wondered, here's how it works. But some say it's getting trickier to get the same results as more people jump into the fray. (hat tip: Lifehack)

6. In other news...

This week, I shared my secret to getting rid of stuff, I found this very enlightening and I think I want to move here.
