Dear Friends,

Kevine is in desperate need of help. At the age of 4, Kevine lost her mother to HIV/AIDS. With her father unknown and her extended family struggling in poverty, Kevine suddenly became the “unwanted burden.” With no other family to take her in, who will provide for her needs?

Right now Kevine is alone, scared, and sick.

The news we continue to receive on Kevine is not good. Could she have the same sickness as her mother? We don’t know this yet, but without a safe place to live and proper nutrition, Kevine’s illness will only get worse, and it could even take her life.

But there is hope for Kevine. Ten Talents International (TTI) has acquired a new property for The HOPE Project. HOPE stands for Housing, Opportunity, Purpose, and Education. The HOPE Project will include a home for orphaned girls, called the “Home of Purpose.” We believe that every life is valuable and important to God—each one has a special calling and purpose. Construction will begin this January.

The Home of Purpose is such a critical need in Rwanda.

With nowhere else to turn, vulnerable girls like Kevine are used as house servants, or worse, may end up living on the streets. The Home of Purpose will provide a safe, nurturing environment where girls can learn, grow, and dream. We believe each one of them will discover who they were meant to be. With caring aunties, good nutrition, school fees, and supplies, prayer, and plenty of play activities, the Home of Purpose will be a safe haven for Kevine and others like her.

You can help us provide love and safety to Kevine!

We have an exciting opportunity for you to partner with TTI to make The HOPE Project dream a reality. A generous donor has agreed to match every gift to The HOPE Project received until December 31st, up to $20,000! Every contribution has double the impact! Will you join with us to raise the remaining $40,000 needed to complete the Home of Purpose, the first phase of building at The HOPE Project? Your gift will transform lives like Kevine’s by providing a safe, loving home for girls currently living in vulnerable situations, and others who have no one else to care for them.

If you are considering making a gift to The HOPE Project, please join us before December 31st and help us receive the full $40,000 match.

Your gift of $50, $100, or more will mean orphans like Kevine will have a second chance. In this season of giving, give the gift of hope and purpose to an orphaned girl, and change a life today!

God Bless You,

Michael McColm
