The Wall Street Journal reported that 56% of Americans thought that they were capable of launching their own company. 9% actually took the plunge and took steps to start a business. Complete Personnel Services is pleased to announce that it is our 30th year of being established! Meet Joe Scarbaci, owner and President of CPS for 30 Years.

Joe Scarbaci has owned and operated Complete Personnel Services for the last 30 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business, and Masters Degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University. Aside from managing and operating CPS he is also a Professor at Raritan Valley Community College. Joe is also an active member of the community. Throughout the years he has actively been involved in The United Way and The Chamber of Commerce.

History of Complete Personnel Services

CPS was founded in January of 1985 by Joe Scarbaci. Prior to opening CPS, Joe was in the Pharmaceutical Industry where he was a corporate recruiter. It seemed only natural, with his background in HR, to transition into the employment industry. Having been a corporate recruiter, he felt he could provide an excellent service to his clients.

Throughout the years CPS has placed over 10,000 candidates. CPS has serviced over 300 clients, and our clients have hired over 1,000 of our candidates on a temp to perm basis. We have established long term relationships with numerous clients; therefore accomplishing our mission - "Building relationships with quality staffing solutions".

The CPS goal from the very beginning was to establish a successful business relationship with clients and meet their employment needs. 30 years later, this goal remains top of mind here at CPS. The biggest achievement here at CPS has been meeting client needs and helping candidates secure employment. CPS finds satisfaction in finding the right candidate for a client. CPS achieves it's goals by providing a quality service and getting to know our clients on a personal basis.

Every business has faced obstacles. When asked what was the biggest obstacle CPS had to overcome, Joe responded "Employment laws and government; state and federal employment guidelines, and workers compensation". Luckily for our clients we handle all those obstacles when it comes to our temporary employees.

In 2015 the goals of CPS remain the same as they were back in 1985. CPS will continue to provide a quality service to our clients, exceeding their expectations. We will continue to seek and secure employment for our qualified candidates.
