Linda Mayfield is a flight attendant for Delta airlines; she has lived in the Nashville area for nearly 13 years. Originally, Linda would watch golf on television to ease her to sleep because she thought it was a boring sport. As she gained an understanding of the game, she also gained an appreciation for it. Soon after, Linda began taking lessons and joined GROW and has been an active member for three years. She enjoys the community involvement that comes with her participation in GROW events and competing in golf tournaments. When Linda is not golfing on the golf course, she is at the driving range practicing her swing; she has taken lessons from pro golf instructors, and also likes to golf with friends. Linda looks forward to attending professional golf tournaments and sharpening her game. Linda enjoys traveling, volunteer work, creative craft projects, and selling purses.
