Tim Hyde can always be found on the streets either late at night or during the predawn hours of the day when the streets are void of people. This is true whether he is at home in D.C. or thousands of miles away in Iceland, The Faroe Islands or most recently on a trip to Bulgaria.
The Light in the Darkness, El Reno, OK (not released yet)
Camille Seaman has been documenting the forces of nature both at home and afar for the last decade, but with The Last Iceberg series now complete and a book in the works for Fall 2014, (Princeton Architectural Press) The Big Cloud series takes the bulk of her time when she is not in school, attending or giving a TED lecture or attending to the requirements of being a 2013 Ted S. Knight Fellow at Stanford this year.
I am privileged to show you 3 new photographs from The Big Cloud series which have not been released yet, but I am told that I will have them in time for PhotoLA 2014 which will be at its new location in downtown Los Angeles, January 16-21, 2014.
Another newsletter will be sent out after the holidays with information pertaining to PhotoLA 2014.
