Election Day is one of my favorite times of the year. I love voting and am honored to live in a country where we are free to decide who leads us locally and nationally.

Our system is set up to be renewed on a regular basis so we can get fresh ideas flowing and challenge the leaders towards change.

The election process requires some big choices to be made by each of us, and some can be tough. I know people who can’t decide who to vote for so they don't vote at all. This makes me sad because aside from being a political junkie, I hate to see someone forfeit their right to incite change. To forgo their voice because they can't make a decision.

Making decisions is a crucial piece to leadership. I love working with teams in my workshops to empower them with the tools to facilitate constructive decision-making.
