19-Week Winter Training Program Starts December 8

It's not too late to sign up for the 19-week program, but it's getting close.

Is GTD Right for Me?

Coach Fernando Braz works with athletes whose goal is to win races. And he works with athletes whose goal is to finish a race.

In the Fall program, there were 14 different pace groups for participants who were training for road races and conditioning.
And there were 11 different pace groups for those training for a marathon.
Each week Coach Braz put together 25 different workouts to meet the need and pace for all levels of runners in the program.

18 GTD Runners Qualify for States

Tia Patterson, Emily DeMarco, Arianna Maida, and Abby Walsh (on left) were among the over 80 athletes who trained this summer in the GTD Cross-Country Speed & Conditioning Program. 18 of these runners qualified for the State Tournament -- the MIAA Eastern Division Cross Country Tournament -- on November 9th in Wrentham.

Email Program Can Work for You

Many of us cannot get to the weekly onsite workouts.
Fernando's email program will give you the weekly "track" or interval session plus a schedule of tempo and long runs throughout the week to match your goal.
You may choose the email option when you sign up -- and you always have the option to come to any of the onsite sessions.
