I love PRE-FAB Architecture a lot, which is probably why two artists have been awarded Best Visualization of the Week No. 16. Sérgio Merêces‘s Garden Office image was one of them, and today I’m happy to share his making-of this scene. Follow him as he describe his process from the initial modeling all the way to final post-production. Enjoy!

Terragen 3 Coming Soon...

Expected to launch in July! I've been following it since v1 and the imagery made with it looks awesome - especially the skies!!!

I have yet to figure out how to integrate it into the workflow - maybe third time's the charm ;) I hope that HDRI exporting will be improved allowing for the creation of great skies to be used to light scenes.

Global hi-end visualization and animation company PixelPool is looking to bring on board a Mid-weight level 3D Architectural and Retail Visualizer for our London office.

We are not looking for game modelers or character animators. Our projects are both architectural and retail environments focused. We have a need for a talented Mid-weight 3DS Max artist who is both client facing and able to help mentor junior artists as well as work in conjunction with other artists and Art Directors. Employment will commence with a 1 month training period learning company workflow and methods at the head office in Europe.
