CAMPUS NEWS

The JCSU Campus Police Department does not manage the Mosaic Village parking deck. Parking enforcement is managed by Preferred Parking. Students who have permanent housing in Mosaic Village and want parking in the deck need to pay $60 to the business office. Parking spaces are limited and issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once you have paid for a parking decal, please come to the Campus Police Department with your receipt from the business office, registration card, driver’s license, and insurance card and you will be assigned a space. Students who have been assigned parking can access the parking deck via your student ID card. If you lose your card or it stops working please contact the campus police department to obtain instructions as to how to enter and exit the parking deck. You will need to obtain a new ID card from the IT department.
Students, visitors of tenants, and/or faculty/staff are not allowed to park on the lower level parking deck without paying for daily parking. Daily parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis on the lower level of the parking deck. If daily parking is not available students will need to contact Preferred Parking (www.preferredparking.com ) to pay for unreserved monthly parking or students will need to park on main campus. Please be advised that any students and/or visitors who violate the parking guidelines may receive a citation or other penalties and will be responsible for any fees that are incurred. If you receive a citation from Preferred Parking you will need to follow the instructions on the back of the ticket in order to appeal or pay for the ticket. Please contact the Mosaic Village front desk at 704-330-1346 or Campus Police at 704-378-1003/1004 for further information.
