Spring Session Signup

GTD's Spring Session begins the week of April 22, with the first onsite workout on Tuesday, April 23.
The Winter Session finishes on April 14, with the last onsite workout on Tuesday, April 9. The week of Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21 is a Program 1 Vacation. Take a break!
Program 2 runners will have their regular program that week.

Dates -- 15 weeks, from April 22 through August 4, with onsite workouts on Tuesday evenings, starting at 6:00pm (warm-up at 5:45)
Place -- Greater Lawrence Technical School, 57 River Road, Andover

Directions to Greater Lawrence Technical School

From the North:
I-93 South to Exit 45 - River Road toward South Lawrence.
Turn right off of the exit.
At third set of lights, turn left into GLTS driveway.

From the South:
I-93 North to Exit 45 - River Road toward South Lawrence.
Turn left off of the exit.
At second set of lights, turn left into the GLTS driveway.

Email Program Can Work for You

Many of us cannot get to the weekly onsite workouts.
Fernando's email program will give you the weekly "track" or interval session plus a schedule of tempo and long runs throughout the week to match your goal.
You may choose the email option when you sign up -- and you always have the option to come to any of the onsite sessions.

Program 2

If you're looking for a program with a daily outline and unlimited communication with Fernando and program adjustments along the way, you may want to use Program 2. You may sign up for Program 2 at any time.

North Shore Speed & Conditioning

Sign-up is now available for the North Shore Speed & Conditioning Program. This is an intensive 7-week summer program for Middle and High School athletes ages 10 and older.
The program includes 2 weeks of prep followed by
5 weeks of onsite workouts.
