Fall Session Signup

GTD's Fall Session begins the week of August 5, with the first onsite workout on Tuesday, August 6.
Whether you're training for a triathlon (like Tom Kinneman), a marathon, a 5K, or to maintain your fitness, the 15-week program will help you reach your goal.

Tom used the GTD winter and spring programs as part of his training to compete in the Ironman 70.3 EagleMan Triathlon on June 9 in Maryland. He was 3rd out of 43 finishers in 60 – 64 age group; 306th out of 2462, and his overall time was 4:58:11. His splits were 40:49 (swim), 2:37:49 (bike), and 1:33:25 (run). Yeah, that's a 1:33 half-marathon right after swimming 1.2 miles and biking 56 miles.

Can you do this? Maybe. Can't hurt to try the GTD training program.

Dates -- 15 weeks, from August 5 through November 17, with onsite workouts on Tuesday evenings, starting at 6:00pm (warm-up at 5:45)
Place -- Greater Lawrence Technical School, 57 River Road, Andover

From the North:
I-93 South to Exit 45 - River Road toward South Lawrence.
Turn right off of the exit.
At third set of lights, turn left into GLTS driveway.

From the South:
I-93 North to Exit 45 - River Road toward South Lawrence.
Turn left off of the exit.
At second set of lights, turn left into the GLTS driveway.

Email Program Can Work for You

Many of us cannot get to the weekly onsite workouts.
Fernando's email program will give you the weekly "track" or interval session plus a schedule of tempo and long runs throughout the week to match your goal.
You may choose the email option when you sign up -- and you always have the option to come to any of the onsite sessions.

North Shore Speed & Conditioning

Sign-up is still available for the North Shore Speed & Conditioning Program. This is an intensive summer program for Middle and High School athletes ages 10 and older.
