I have twin 15 year old daughters. Their names were originally going to be spelled the Irish way, Máire and Ciara, but it was soon realized the US spelling Moira and Kiera was simpler.
What are you currently working on?
Natural antioxidant and antimicrobial compounds to improve quality of foods.
If you could have one superpower what would it be?
Is time travel a superpower? Going back and meeting DaVinci or Archimedes...that would be pretty neat.
What's the last good book you read?
The complete works of Sherlock Holmes, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (originally read more than 40 years ago).
What are you most passionate about?
Family.
