Q: The website says you have free “EiE Educator Resources.” What are they? Do I need them?
A: Well, you don’t NEED them, but teachers tell us they are very helpful! Educator Resources includes these FREE tools:
Content Connections: A collection of extension activities created by EiE staff . . . and teachers like you. (Upload your own Content Connections to share with others!)
Multimedia Resources: Online videos to help you prepare lessons and teach your best. “How-To Videos” give tips for lesson set-up. “Classroom Videos” show how experienced teachers lead inquiry in the classroom.
Student Assessments: Tools to help you evaluate student comprehension. Most were designed for research purposes, so they have the EiE stamp of approval.
Supporting Documents: A variety of helpful materials, from PDFs of our storybook illustrations to release forms that let us share images of your students engaged in the Engineering Design Process.
There’s much more on the Educator Resources page. It’s quick and easy to create your FREE account. Please visit the site and explore!
