What an opportunity! Half-day introductory & intermediate 'classic' technique courses at La Vattay Nordic Centre with a qualified English-speaking instructor. You can do one (or even better) both courses. Back due to popular demand! Learn how to help your friends and family in the mountains with Dr. Michelle Wright of HealthFirst held at Webster University. Email us for more information and to find out how to register. Spaces limited!

Upcoming Hikes & Powerwalks

Tues 8 January New Year Powerwalk & Social - St. Gix (FR) (11:45 - 13:45 with festive lunch afterwards)

A workout to recover from jetlag and post-feasting in the wintery forest followed by a warm cup of soup and a hot drink by the fire. This is a social event - bring a friend you'd like to introduce to the fraiche air community!

In the winter months we'll let only participants that are signed up know the activity location, meeting point and time by email a few days ahead of time so we can be flexible with weather and snow conditions. Keep an eye out for updates in the next newsletter, on the website and the facebook page!

We were happily surprised by the early snow and got in a magical snowshoe powerwalk in the sun!

Thurs 13 December - Powerwalk Aubonne Arboretum (CH)

The last Powerwalk of 2012! A lovely snowy walk on a new loop past the diverse tree species in the Aubonne Arboretum. We had a lovely auberge lunch and bid farewell to our fabulous activity leader and self-confessed map maniac Elinor Fanning. A bientot in Montana!
