This is the last week of our Black & Blueberry Pie sales in support of our friend Karen's MSA fundraiser. We're donating 10% of all Black & Blueberry Pie in-store and on-line sales this month to her cause. So, tell your friends, order a couple extra, enjoy some pie and help a friend in need!
We've been having some fun in the kitchen this month, testing out new Spring recipes and trying out new combinations of pastry and flavors. And I've been working on the April menu, and the Easter menu - which will be posted online soon, I promise - and we've got some tasty happiness in store for you.
We've expanded our yummy veggie tart offerings in the shop, with individual breakfast tarts - this week it's Asparagus Goat Cheese, with Zuckerman Farms local organic asparagus. And Roasted Roma Tomato Tarts with Feta and fresh herbs. And for the Easter season, Fish, Spinach and Leek Pasties.
And then there's the sweet tarts and treats we've been playing with....
