Rhythm & Stomp

Incorporating elements from many genres - step, hip hop, stomp, tap and shuffle - this class will teach children how to hear and count out the beat while learning some killer moves! Emphasizing fun and self expression, kids can work out that after-school energy and get their groove on while developing important skills in coordination, music and rhythm – not to mention confidence!

I love dance, teaching, kids and FUN! In the San Francisco bay area where I grew up, I studied, performed, and taught years of broadway-style jazz, rock, and tap. Having been a teacher of many things in my life, from dance, swimming and crafts, to a full special needs primary curriculum, I’m passionate about finding and encouraging the spark in every child.

Join us for six Fridays after school, beginning on Friday, November 9, 2012!
Ages 6 to 10: Fridays, 3 – 3:45 at the Martell Studio, 61-205 Kam Hwy, Haleiwa
(Younger on approval) Depending on demand, Iʼll have separate classes for more ages
$60 for 6 classes

Kelsie Muller is happy to share her gift of teaching meditation to you

Meditation Class: to experience the Divine within

I practice meditation because I have had a longing all my life to "return home" and feel connected to something greater than this world.

After 15 years of meditating: learning and applying different techniques and practicing different traditions and schools of thought on meditation, I have found what brings me back to "home" inside and connected to that which I have been searching for all my life. I didn't know it then but I know now… that I was yearning for a connection to the loving presence of the Divine (Source, Creator, God, Higher Power, the Universe, Spirit, Love) within.

I teach meditation to share with those who seek, just as I have sought, for something more that answers the heart’s longing to be connected to that something beyond this physical world.

I teach meditation as an active process so that you are participating in your meditation rather than "trying" not to think or get distracted. It is simple and easy!

I will be sharing a guided meditation called "Loving Meditation" every Wednesday night from 6:30pm-7:30pm.

"Loving Mediation" is a meditation to awaken to the loving essence within and to connect with Source, Spirit, Higher Power, God, Love, the Universe, the Divine or however you want to name this presence.
This meditation focuses on the light and sound current of the Loving, which is the movement of love that is the Source (the Divine, God, Spirit, Higher Power etc.)

I have been teaching meditation for 14 years.

I bring many years of experience & experimentation with meditation to the meditations I teach today. There is Love for all of us, and meditation opens us all up to receive Love’s many gifts.

I hope to see you at class :)
