Work Day

Many thanks to everyone who came out to help last Saturday - we got a lot done!

Our hope is to have another work day this Saturday - there is plenty of inside work to do. Because of the weather forecast - we will not be pursuing any major outside projects this week.

This Sunday: please pack yourself a bag lunch!

The day begins at 9 am with Morning Prayer.

Coffee Hour during the Summer

During July and August we will have a simplified approach to Coffee Hour.

The church will provide coffee, juice and cookies. Hosts need not bring anything additional from home. Hosts are asked simply to set-up before the service, assist other parishioners during coffee hour and then help to clean up afterwards.

We will return to our regular format for Coffee Hour in September.

Please sign up to be Host for coffee hour in the Library. Questions? Please speak with Sue Rodgers.

July 2012 seminar Header2

On Saturday, July 28th (10am-Noon) The Prayer Book Society will host a seminar exploring how a recovery of the lost traditions of Anglican Worship & Catechesis can help churches be "salt and light" in the world today. The seminar will be at All Saints Church (Wynnewood, Pa).

The Reverend Gavin Dunbar and the Reverend Jason Patterson will present papers entitled: A Theology of Worship within the Anglican Way and The Purpose and Structure of Cranmer's service of Holy Communion.

More information is available on our church website or at www.pbsusa.org.
