Going within; slowing down is the need. Yes of course there are duties and deadlines to meet. The busier we are, the more our ‘vehicle needs to stop for refueling’. Little breaks even if only for 5-10 minutes for some deep breathing, or lying down for a while, or being in nature would be nurturing your needs. The extra rests are going to be important for there WILL be more intense energies and pressure. This pressure, while appearing to come from the external, is actually your inner guidance. The extra weighed down feeling is your internal structural software being upgraded. Your building blocks of responsibility, discipline and managing limitations are creating a solid structure for lasting effects in your life. The handling of anger, rather than suppressing or venting onto others, is most vital NOW. Some will find this a breeze. For the rest of us, managing the experience of anger is to not act until we have all the facts and accurate facts.
