We are especially delighted to invite you to Open House, my MOST favourite event of the year, as we will be showing homewares from cult British brand Mini Moderns and a collections of photographs by Paul Craig. The house, recently featured in 25 Beautiful Homes, is an unusual Mid-Century design set in Dulwich Woods with stunning views over London.

I have to admit to an obsession with pencil drawing, and will be showing a small range this year. Last year the pencil drawings sold out at Open House, so come early if you want one. Personally, whilst I love making all my work, the drawings are closest to my heart - they represent my journey as an artist and are the basis of all my designs.
At our recent exhibition 'Drawing Inspiration' at Orso Major Gallery, Gita, the gallery owner heard a visitor to the Private View describe them as 'diamonds' - this so delighted me.
MINI MODERN'S delicious range of Homewares is in perfect keeping with our Mid-Century home, and my design aesthetic, so I was thrilled when they agreed to join us for Open House. Their gorgeous collection will be on sale over the weekend, and you'll be able to see the wallpaper in situ here in our house - it took some convincing (winks..) but, in the end, we felt it only proper to test the merchandise. With so much to delight you, from cushions, wallpaper and paint, I'm certain our sunny corner of South London will sparkle with colour.
PAUL CRAIG is by day an interiors photographer, he also travels widely and will be exhibiting a breathtaking range of landscape and cityscape photographs from USA, Australia and London. Paul brings a sense of space, richness of colour and atmosphere so often incredibly difficult to capture photographically. Having travelled extensively across the USA I've visited many National Parks, seldom do I find photography does justice to the awe-inspiring textures and scale, yet Paul's images have had Mark and I checking plane fares - Have you booked your summer holiday yet??

GOOD HOMES MAGAZINE
Good Homes magazine featured our house some time ago and, very kindly, put details about our Open House in this month's issue. They have also offered us some copies to give out to our visitors over the weekend. I always especially enjoy GH as they champion our British Designer/Makers which, to me, is incredibly important and helps the world enjoy the amazing talent in our beautiful county. So, come early, you may be a lucky recipient.

We're so lucky to live in such a beautiful area of London, with glorious woods on the doorstep and fantastic city views. It's well worth making a day of it and having lunch in the nearby DULWICH WOOD HOUSE. There's also plenty of great independent shops for contemporary and vintage finds in Crystal Palace, plus great restaurants including THE SPARROWHAWK - one of our favourites. There's lots of outdoor space here for children to play so please bring friends and family.

DECORUM - You'll remember lovely writer Lotte Worth from last year, I'm seriously impressed as she, usually known as Charlotte Duckworth, has set up the UK's leading content market agency specialising in Design and Interiors, Decorum. This is especially impressive it's only been a year since she whispered she and Justyna Sowa were planning this. I highly recommend you take a look at their website, they're passionate, committed and extremely knowlegable.
GABRIELA SZULMAN is taking part in Open House at our great friend's Carole Jordon house at 14 Ildersly Grove in West Dulwich, so do pop in - there will be information here. We recently had a great show together and are already plotting the next one....watch this space....
