Exclusive to The London Breakfast Club, Brit Producer Matt O'Toole joins us for a frank and revealing discussion about the ins and outs of big budget producing in Hollywood. After making his start as a runner at Pinewood Studios, Matt played to his strengths and climbed his way up the accounting office ladder working with a veritable who's who of actors and directors on some of the biggest films of the 90's (Billy Elliot, Gladiator, Evita, Troy, Kingdom Of Heaven).

Now a successful Producer in his own right, Matt has a string of hyper successful multi-million dollar movies under his belt including The Expendables 1 & 2, Rambo and Brian DePalma's The Black Dahlia. Matt comes to the Breakfast Club fresh from wrapping Rowan Joffe's new thriller Before I Go To Sleep, shot in the UK and starring Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth. Among other things we will discuss:

How Hollywood REALLY works.
How Scripts REALLY get to Producers.
How to get hired, how NOT to get fired (and what to do if you are).
Why most Brit writers come unstuck in Hollywood.

Come along, share a sausage and hear about Matt’s experiences dealing with the big personalities, working on big budget movies on high pressured sets, packaging projects, how the money men decide which projects will and wont get made and what it’s really like working with the likes of Sylvestor Stallone, Ridley Scott, Robert De-Niro and Madonna!

See you there!

Love the Breakfast club team xxx
