CA Food Handler Card -
A new CA law requires almost all food and beverage handlers, cooks, servers, dishwashers, etc., to get a Food Handler Card before January 1, 2012. www.CalFoodHandlerCard.com
The class is followed by a 40 question examination. Candidates must score a 70% or greater on the exam to receive the certificate card, which is good for three (3) years. The class and exam are approximately 2.5 hours and all classes will be taught in English. The exam is available in English or Spanish.

1. Private class and exam at your location for your staff and/or neighboring restaurants. Great pricing for groups over 15. Contact us today for a quote.

If you have a managers certificate (good for 5-years) you do not need a food handlers card.
