REPORTS TO: Executive Director
TERM: One year maternity leave contract (September 2013 to September 2014)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of post-secondary Fundraising program and/or minimum 2 years experience with demonstrated success in individual fundraising and donor management including cultivation, recognition and information management
• Knowledge of fundraising theory and practice, and statistical and evaluative reporting
• Knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines and Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Codes of Conduct
• Proven commitment to and experience working within an anti-racism and anti-oppression framework, with experience working with diverse communities
• Knowledge of the LGBT and non-profit arts communities
COMPENSATION:
The position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and benefits plan.

The Marketing Committee serves as an advisory body and supports the Marketing and Education Coordinator in her work to achieve the following objectives:
▪ To build the Inside Out brand by planning, implementing and participating in activities that: ▪ Maintain and grow audiences for the Festival and year-round initiatives with particular emphasis on under-represented communities ▪ Attract corporate and private sector support – with an emphasis on media sponsorships ▪ Foster creative partnerships
