Good and good for you!

You might not believe it, but my RV fridge has always been ample for my lifestyle. That's saying a lot since we love to prepare fresh, delicious dishes at home most days. In fact, more often than not, we prefer eating at home, cooking local cuisine or seasonally inspired meals that bring back or make new memories.

Sure, an RV fridge doesn't have the room that an "at-home" model does but I see that as a good thing. We only buy what we feel we can use up and, let's face it, not much gets lost in the back!

Plenty of room for everything we need (and some we don't)!

I'm certain it helps that our Norcold N841 is the largest in its class in the industry. I have a refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment and yes, we always have an ample supply of ice cream on hand.

Many of you have asked to have a peek inside and in this RV Cooking Show episode we'll do just that. Pick up a few performance tips, learn how I shop for my RV fridge, and the way I pack my Norcold for maximum ease and enjoyment - watch this episode by clicking here.

Don't let anyone tell you that just because you vacation in or, in my case, live in an RV you must compromise in the kitchen. Poppy-cock! I'd even wager that meals on the road make great memory makers and simple dishes are perfect souvenirs. Come along for the ride and see for yourself.

What's for dinner?

P.S. Thanks to my friends at El Rancho Marketplace in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley - Solvang, California - for the gorgeous grocery store shots.
