For Honey Mama's, January brings to fruition new Nectar Fudge recipes! Spices and healing, playful ingredients abound, with a nut free bar to boot. I'm excited to get into the kitchen and create new bars from the ideas that have circulated in my imagination for months now.. YES!

Raw Cacao Paste This ingredient will make it possible to offer bars that don't need to be refrigerated, as it is the raw cacao bean with the cacao butter still in it. (Cacao butter has a melting point close to 95 degrees compared to the 76 degree melting point of the lovely and healing coconut oil. This is good news for those of you who want an option to bring a nutrient rich Honey Mama's bar on a hot summer hike or to a bbq and don't want to worry about refrigeration.)
