Dear Families,
We had the pleasure of hearing from the Rev. Gary Taylor P'14 in Chapel this week. Gary, who serves as the Chaplain at St. Anne's School, shared a few beautiful stories from his childhood to discuss the importance of waiting in our lives. I just listened to his words again tonight and would highly recommend taking a listen if you have a moment.

All the best,
Will Robinson '97

Alec Huang '16 performs community service by shaving Paul Egan '13's "moustache" during a special Movember chapel last Friday.

Movember Mercifully Ends with Friday Chapel

Movember — the international celebration of moustaches in November that raises awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives — came to a merciful end this past week.

Students and faculty gathered in the chapel on Friday with students offering a fact about prostate and testicular cancer in exchange for an opportunity to shave one of the participants.

The St. Andrew's team, which included an alum for the first time, raised more than $2,000 this month.

Fast Fact: Not counting some forms of skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer among men in the United States.
