>I’m seeing unmistakable signs of spring.

Last week’s Passover Seder and Easter Egg Hunt are both fresh in my mind, and bud-break has revealed new growth in my garden. After a short winter respite, I’m seeing economic rebirth as our clients embark on major business development initiatives. We’re doing the same at FLUX.

This month, we’ll take a break from our 4 part series on Creative Measurement to focus on new growth here at FLUX. We’ll resume with Part 3 of that essay next month, but you can get caught up by reading Part 1 and Part 2 if you missed them.

At FLUX, we thrive in times of change. And although change can bring challenges, there are tremendous opportunities when a slight shift in perspective is used to re-examine the situation.

May your spring be the foundation for a bumper crop this summer and a high-yield harvest in fall.

>10 Days to a Better Brand. That’s the result of our NEW IGNITE Brand Roadmap – a strategy report to help companies maximize their brand equity.

The cost of brand confusion is high and we see companies struggling to develop their brand in piecemeal fashion. Without a solid strategy in place, projects are guided by short-term demands, which often results in a fragmented overall appearance. We have the answer to change that.

Our IGNITE Brand Roadmap is a rapid, intensive strategic planning process that delivers a roadmap for action. Beginning with a investigation into your situation, we conduct a 10-part Gap Analysis between where you are today, and where you need to be.

Once the gaps are clearly defined, we develop a written Brand Roadmap that includes a high-level plan of the initiatives you need to develop to achieve your goals. Each strategy includes the associated purpose, success metrics and tactical concepts that guide future action.

The IGNITE Brand Roadmap is a fixed-fee engagement that costs $12,500 and includes everything except travel. It’s a tremendous value that can easily return multiples in the investment.

Considered the most significant new residential construction project in Los Angeles since the economic downturn, The Vermont is a 464 unit multi-family, mixed-use high-rise located on Wilshire Blvd. The developers, Jh Snyder, turned to FLUX Branding to craft an intelligent identity and communications campaign consistent with its progressive architecture.

We recently toured the construction site, and got an inside look at the dramatic city views from the newly poured 16th floor. The towers will continue to rise at nearly one floor per week, until they reach full height: one at 24 floors, the other at 30 floors.

Our role includes development of brand strategy, 3D visualizations, website and social media platforms. While these projects are in the studio, we’re pleased to share some images from our hard-hat tour.
