Happy New Year, welcome to another year of blessings and exciting happenings!

Iʻm happy as this year brings many exciting events and classes Iʻm honored to teach and share.

Here is a list of my most updated classes with more to come and scheduled on their way.

Also if you, your ʻohana or organization is interested in having a specialized nutrition and cooking class, Iʻm completely available and can design it specifically for your groupʻs needs.

As I journey around the island and with some upcoming interisland travel, I carry the words and wisdom of that which has bestowed upon me by my ancestors and lessons on this journey.

In an effort to offer affordable and accessible whole-plant based nutrition and cooking classes, Iʻm conducting a series of classes around the island to help heal our community for only $25.

Whole Plant-Based Nutrition and Cooking Basics Series - SAVE THE DATES - Saturdays, 11a-1p, Feb 9th & 23rd and Mar 9th & 23rd, $40 a class or $150 Series

A complete series of whole plant-based cooking and living classes to incorporate more whole plant-based foods into your lifestyle. Learn a range of plant-based preparation from soups, stews, smoothies, juices, wraps, entrees, ice creams, snacks and desserts changing your health and wellness for yourself, your keiki and ʻohana.
