As we look forward to the start of a new year, we want to take a moment to look back at 2011.
2011 was a very good year for our agency due to our loyal clients.

We continually strive to maintain insurance markets with the best carriers. Our carrier relationships are very strong and continue to grow.

With the continued down turn of the ecomony, the deadly tornado and the hurricane that skirted our coastline, we are very optimistic about 2012.

A Celebrity is Born

Kathy Ragland, Office Administration, was named "Erwin Citizen of the Month".

Kathy was recognized by the Erwin Board of Commissioners.
Kathy is a volunteer for CareNet of Harnett County and is also on the outreach organization's board of directors. In addition, she is an active volunteer with the Meals on Wheels program, helping with food deliveries. Kathy is also an active member of the First Baptist Church in Erwin.
We are busting with pride to have such an outstanding lady working in our office.

Avoid Being the Victim of a Staged Accident.

Millions have fallen victim to staged accidents. These are five preventive measures law-abiding drivers can take to avoid falling into this trap.

Preventive Measure 1: Don’t tailgate! Tailgaters are viewed as prime targets by people trying to stage an accident.
Preventive Measure 2: Be a defensive driver. If another driver suddenly darts in front of you, slow down and increase the distance between you and that driver.
Preventive Measure 3: If you’re in an accident, take notes on the situation using an auto accident checklist.
Preventive Measure 4: Get the names and addresses of independent witnesses at the accident scene.
Preventive Measure 5: If a collision seems to be a set-up, immediately advise your insurance company and law enforcement officials.
