Small Talk: Outreach Tip of the Week

Show and tell when possible. Local decision makers may have a difficult time understanding the pressing need for funds by a written or verbal request alone. Offer to give a tour and show how the upgrades would improve the operator's job and efficiency of the system.

Each week, we're sharing a quick tip to help you educate the public and communicate more effectively with local decision makers and customers.
