Hey there,

As I was working this week on the copy for my new website, I came across this quote from one of my favorite authors - Madeleine L'Engle.

Believing takes practice.

It struck me in its simplicity and truth. Believing - in yourself and in the life that you are building for yourself - takes practice. After years of accumulating the impression that we are not enough or that we have to do ______ in order to be worthy, too many of us are unable to believe in all of the beauty that we have to offer the world around us.

Believing takes practice.

It is the concerted effort of showing up, even when you could fill a book with your fears or feelings of overwhelm.

It is choosing to be unendingly gentle with yourself, even when the world tells you to rush yourself along.

It is allowing space for your needs and granting permission to your desires, even if you've never done so before.

Believing takes practice.

It is following through with one promise to yourself, and then another.

It is trying again. And again. And again. (And being willing to fail.)

It is deciding that the quality of your life is worth the risk.

If, in this moment, you do not know how to believe in yourself, do not worry. You are here to practice. You are on this list to practice. Each week I will email you and we will practice together.

Because, thought it takes practice, believing in ourselves is worth the effort.

It is the thing that changes everything. The piece that makes the stress and overwhelm manageable. The pieces that makes the celebration even sweeter.

Ways to Practice, In This Moment

After the BLH Live emails went out many of you contacted me, telling me that you wanted to do something, but that it didn't feel like a perfect fit for you. So, I wanted to share the two ways that you can work with me right now.

Work with Me Privately

My private intuitive coaching packages are booked through the beginning of September. (Whoa. I know.) That said, I wanted to conjure up a way to work with some of you privately in the coming months. I've decided to open up ten sweet (and powerful) 2-session packages.

Why you should say yes... Together we can: unpack a sticky issue or something that you've been grappling with in your life or business, cultivate a plan for you to begin infusing more compassion and care for yourself into your day-to-day, and have you exhaling deeply by the end of our first call. And then we get to have a follow up call for fine-tuning, updates and celebration!

This is perfect if you want to target a specific issue or if you've been curious what it's like to work with me 1:1.

Sound good? Book your spot here.

Please note: This offer is good through Sunday evening or when all 10 spots have been scooped up.

My name is Mara Glatzel.

I am a :: tender leader, brave lover, deliciously selfish celebrator, and holder of the unholdable.

I work with women that have the sacred (and beautifully stubborn) desire for evolution, teaching them how to grant themselves permission to be exactly who they are in their lives and businesses.
