Summer is going strong here in the Boston area. We've both managed to squeeze in some quality R & R over the past few weeks, and despite our third heatwave, we've cooked up a few new and nutritious recipes for you and your families. Read on for our latest Meal Makeover Mom news and some good eats!

On our Cooking with the Moms radio podcast this week, we take you along on our recent getaways to Nantucket and New Hampshire and share our newest recipe for Mom's Strawberry Jam. We made it in our new Ball FreshTECH Automatic Jam & Jelly Maker, and it's lower in sugar than most homemade jams.
