Happy Fourth of July week! To help you celebrate the holiday in health-filled style, we've cooked up a bunch of new recipes for you and your family. We hope you're hungry!!
Our first recipe for California Avocado Beef and Black Bean Burgers is a great way to kick off the summer cookout season. Our better burgers call for lean ground beef combined with mashed black beans and avocado as well as cilantro, cumin, and chili powder. We serve them on whole grain buns (of course). On the side, try our California Avocado Macaroni Summer Salad made with an avocado-inspired Green Goddess dressing and lots of veggies.
