Get To Know Your Library

The Traverse Area District Library (TADL) is more than one building on Woodmere, it's a network of community libraries, including the East Bay and Kingsley branch libraries, as well as, the three independent member libraries in Fife Lake, Interlochen, and Old Mission.

What does this mean?

Basically it means more access for you! Together these six libraries ensure coordinated access to information and lending collections for the citizens of our District. All lending collections are shared throughout the district. All six libraries participate in the TADL online public catalog as well as the TADL provided public computing and wireless access systems.

Access to Six Community Libraries Through One Extensive Network

TADL cardholders can use their library card/account to search the online catalog and borrow from any of the six community libraries, this includes the member libraries: Fife Lake, Interlochen, and Peninsula. You can also check items out and return items to any of the six TADL locations. Read More.
