Terms and Conditions

This offer is only available to advertisers who do not currently have an advert on the Chez Nous website and have not had one in the last 12 months. This offer is only available to recipients of this email and to property owners who have up to 10 properties.

Prize Draw

1. The Promoter is Chez Nous. Registered office: Spring Mill, Earby, Barnoldswick, Lancashire, BB94 0AA.
2. The Promotion is a Prize Draw and the Prize is 3 years of FREE advertising on the Chez Nous website to the value of £1,170 (plus VAT). No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable.
3. To be entered into the Promotion, Participants must own a holiday property in France and must have been contacted by Chez Nous with an advertising offer between the dates of 10th September 2012 and 30th November 2012.
4. Participants must have supplied their email address and other requested information to Chez Nous and be in receipt of this email.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Only one entry per property owner.
7. The closing date is midnight GMT on 30/11/12.
8. The Winner of this Promotion will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 06/12/12 and will be notified by email or by phone by 22/12/12.
9. If the Prize Winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, that Winner will forego the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected.
10. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault OR transmission delays.
11. At all times the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
