Nikki Smith-Bartley Nikki Smith-Bartley is a Fisk University and Vanderbilt University Law School alumna from Cleveland, Ohio. The Senior Director of Employment Counsel works as an in-house employment attorney for Asurion. She has recently been named one of Nashville’s Business Journal’s 2013 Forty Under 40.

The successful business woman heard about GROW through a former Fisk classmate. Inspired by her husband, a passionate golfer, Nikki headed for the greens. Determined to cultivate her golf game, she began attending the Lunch and Learn golf lessons provided by the organization in June of this year.

Nikki enjoys the hands-on experience she received during the Lunch and Learn sessions she attended. She looks forward to going to golf tournaments/scrambles and reaching out to other women-led organizations through her involvement with GROW.

In her spare time, Nikki likes to run, travel, experience the arts and experience the best spas in the nation.
