Prayers to All Affected by Recent Bad Weather

We know that this has been a difficult weather season for many of you in Oklahoma and beyond. We want you to know that we are praying for you as you work through the days, weeks, and months ahead. Although you may not have directly been impacted we know that you may have family and friends that were. While we cannot be there physically, please know that you are not alone and we are praying for God’s grace, protection, provision, health, and hope for you and your loved ones and neighbors.

Please email us with your status so that we can better pray for you.

Track Finishes Year Strong

Ourdoor track and field had an impressive season this year. Coach Jack Dillard '03, in his 9th year coaching at SC, was named Women's Track Coach of the Year.

Two Warriors qualified and made the journey to the NAIA National Tournement in Marion, Ind last month, both in the hurdles. Sophomore Kimberly Garret finished her season, not qualifying for the finals, while senior Cedrique Smith won the NAIA National Championship in the 110m hurdles, a first for Sterling College. Prior to competing in the national tournament, Smith broke his own record in the 110m hurdles, placed atop the NAIA Performance list, and broke the SC school record with a time of 13.82 seconds, giving him the honor of being the 35th fastest time in the world.
