Online registration for the 19th annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards ceremony on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at the Chicago Hilton & Towers, 720 S. Michigan Ave., is now available. Mayor Rahm Emanuel is scheduled to give the keynote address.

Prior to the 4:30 p.m. awards ceremony, and the 6 p.m. reception, attend a 3 p.m. panel discussion about what defines a healthy neighborhood, featuring Jeff Bartow, Mike Tomas, Dr. Steve Whitman and Dr. Stephanie Whyte.
