Data in Construction - A G4C Constructing Excellence event - 25th February, London

Wednesday, 25 February 2015 from 18:00 to 20:00
Room MG14, University of Westminster, 35 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5LS

Driving better outcomes through the effective use of data, from design through to operation

The vast increase in both the volume and complexity of data presents both opportunities and challenges. But how is the construction industry responding to this in a way that delivers value and improves outcomes?

We can see from other industry sectors that the intelligent use of data and analytics has the potential to create real time responsive models that better inform management decisions and deliver better results. With the advance of Building Information Modelling, ‘Big Data’ and other exciting developments, it is easy to imagine the immense opportunities for construction that more mature utilisation of data could offer.

Please join us for an interesting, forward looking and informative evening of presentations from some of those leading the way in developing understanding and innovation in the use of data in construction.
