Hey all-o'-y'all. Wilder here - I write my own newsletters because I care! Also the honor student who was doing it before ate all my Girl Scout Cookies so I kicked him to the curb :-O
I just wanted to give you some updates to say:
Hey! Summer is going well - I'm almost done working on my new album which is titled "Hope & Sorrow". I can't wait to share it with you! I began work with my friend Pete over in Georgia and now I'm adding the finishing touches over here in Birmingham, AL at Ol Elegante studio. This album is gonna have a few more instruments on it than "Oak & Apple" (whoops, just realized I may be overusing the ampersand in my album titles). Also it is not a hymns album, it is purely original material - you know about life and love, fathers and sons, and coming to terms with neuroticism (But hey, I'm gonna fly someday).
Enjoy your Holiday (Americans) and enjoy your Wimbledon (Brits)
