It REALLY is almost that time again. We have some easy ideas to help you get through the month with grace:
1) Take 5-10 minutes to just breathe.... Reset your mind with a mini meditation. With your eyes closed, and sitting in a comfortable position, breathe in (and count to 4), hold your breath (and count to 4), breathe out (and count to 4), hold your breath, (and count to 4).
2) In the morning, before the rest of the house-hold awakens, enjoy a cup of tea (Aveda, preferably!) Cherish the few minutes of quiet.
3) Every night before bed, use Aveda Foot Relief on your tired feet. The aroma will soothe you, and you'll awaken with softer tootsies!
4) Eat healthy. Or just eat healthier! Don't worry if your eating isn't 100% healthy. Take baby steps. You'll feel so much better!
